Self-Service FAQ

Battlefield: 5 am-9 pm. Last load in by 9:00 pm.

Indian River: 7 am-9 pm. Last load in by 9:00 pm.

We appreciate if all washers are started by 9:00 pm. If they are started by this time, it gives you plenty of time to wash, dry, and be out by 10:30 pm.

All of our locations have an attendant, 9am-9pm, to help with any need.

Our front-loading washers and gas-powered dryers are fast. Most wash cycles take around 30 minutes, and dryer times are typically around 36 minutes. How would you like to get a week’s worth of laundry (or even a month’s worth) done in about an hour?

We have several sizes of machines available with several different settings. The more laundry you’re able to combine into a single larger size machine, the less it costs per pound of laundry.

Laundry Place’s busiest days of the week are Sunday and Saturday, with the most business occurring between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. What is the “best” time to come in? Tuesday through Thursday mornings between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. are the least crowded.

Absolutely! Whether you’re short on time or would just rather have someone else take care of the laundry, we are your one-stop solution. We specialize in laundry home delivery services and often wash larger items such as comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, and more. Click here to learn more!

It depends on the actual size of your comforter. Selecting the right washer is as simple as trying it on for size. If you put the comforter into the washer and you find yourself using your shoulder to get the door shut, you probably ought to use a larger washer. On the other hand, our front load washers work better when they are more than half full. In fact, you can fill the washer nearly completely full, just don’t stuff it tight.

Wash & Fold FAQ

9 AM – 9 PM, seven days a week.

We use only premium laundry, products. Our detergent options are: Tide, gain, and All Free & Clear. For fabric softener we use dryer sheets. Softener options include: Gain, Bounce, Downy, and All Free & Clear at no extra charge. Just let us know what you’d prefer when dropping off your laundry! If you would like to provide your preferred detergent or softener for us to use for your order, that is fine too. We will save your preferences on our computer, so we’ll use exactly what you’d like every time you drop off.

We have delicate bags and bra bags to ensure garments are kept safe. For items that are oversized we place them in a separate machine and wash them on delicate.

We try to accommodate the customers preferences when it comes to our laundry service. We will: hang dry, hang vs. fold, or use customer provided detergent and softener.

We do not look for stains as we sort. However, if a customer brings it to our attention we will pretreat before laundring.

We do iron items sent in as dry cleaning. Items sent in a drycleaning bag will be cleaned and pressed.

There is no minimum amount that you can bring in. However, there is a $25 minimum fee.

No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another. We sort your laundry into darks, lights, and whites, and launder each load separately.
